If you are unhappy with a service you have received we want to feel to so welcome in providing us with the feedback within at least 2 weeks of having the service completed.
Cancellations
We would love for you to give us as much notice as possible if you do need to cancel or reschedule an appointment as we may be able to fill that appointment time and would hate for any of our guest's to miss out.
48 hours notice would be greatly appreciated.
Pricing & Booking Policy
At Sol + Soma, we believe great hair begins with transparency, trust and thoughtful consultation. To help us create a seamless experience for both our clients and team, we ask that all guests read the following before booking.
Our salon operates on a tiered pricing structure, with pricing reflective of each stylist’s experience, education and demand. All pricing listed online is a starting guide and may vary depending on your hair’s length, density, colour history, timing required and the overall complexity of your service.
Because every head of hair is different, we’re unable to provide accurate quotes via phone, email or social media. Final pricing is discussed in salon during your consultation and before your service begins.
If you’re unsure which appointment to book, considering a bigger transformation, or working within a particular budget, we highly recommend booking a consultation first. Our team is always happy to guide you towards the best option for your hair goals, maintenance and lifestyle.
Additional time and product charges may apply for long, thick or high-density hair to ensure enough time is allocated and your service is completed to the standard we pride ourselves on.
